Unlock the power of team collaboration through Mindful Meetings

Are you tired of the excessive number of unproductive meetings at your workplace?

It’s time to transform how we meet.

The average office worker is spending between 18-22 hours in meetings per week, this means many of us are spending over 50% of our time at work in meetings. As a result, meetings shape the culture of workplace and have a direct impact on the wellbeing of people who attend them.

While there are many opportunities to streamline and reduce time spent in meetings, it is important to reflect on the quality and impact of how teams collaborate and spend time together.

At the heart of every meeting is the potential to elevate the employee experience at work to be more enjoyable and inclusive.

It’s time for leaders to be more intentional about meeting culture so that people can thrive in the workplace

Our vision at Mindful Meetings is to be a catalyst for a meeting revolution, it’s time to start thinking about meetings differently.

As an experienced facilitator with 20 years of implementing organisational change, I understand that changing familiar ways of working can be challenging at times. Especially when there is no time because of too many meetings in the diary.

Even making small changes to how you approach meetings will have a significant impact. So let’s get started.
