Meet Julia

Hi, I’m Julia.

I spent over 20 years inside large organisations delivering change and lived the problem of meetings from the inside. Working across many organisations, I kept seeing the same pattern - meetings were where cracks in culture, leadership and ways of working showed up first. But no one was taking them seriously.

I founded Mindful Meetings because I believe how we meet matters. Leaders want to do better - they just aren't given the support to know how.

I'm a qualified coach, trained facilitator, and I draw on a career in business analysis and change management to help leaders see the system and change it from the inside.
